The Agents of Change Leadership program is designed for high school students. At this age, many children, especially natural leaders with raw talent, are brimming with leadership qualities.
All they need is some guidance and a little push in the right direction to acquire exemplary leadership skills and become great leaders that transform their community. This is where the Agents of Change program comes in. It is a well-rounded program focused on different interpersonal and academic areas to create the leaders of tomorrow. It is divided into five stages.
Social skills – enables the participants to communicate effectively and successfully deal with daily activities.
Public speaking – instills a sense of confidence in participants to help them get their message and ideas across to others.
Mentorship – aids the participant in developing skills to pass the acquired knowledge to others in an effort to transform as many lives as possible.
Financial literacy – participants learn the concept of creating and utilizing money in a manner that benefits society.
Final community project– allows the participants to put the learned skills and knowledge to test to bring a positive change in the local community.
