Program Structure: 5 Transformational Stages

Social Skills

Builds strong communication and interpersonal abilities to navigate everyday life and leadership situations with confidence.

Public Speaking

Cultivates self-assurance and presentation skills, empowering students to effectively express their ideas in front of groups.

Mentorship

Encourages participants to share what they’ve learned by mentoring others—creating a ripple effect of leadership and impact.

Financial Literacy

Teaches the fundamentals of managing and using money wisely, with a focus on ethical, community-minded financial decisions.

Final Community Project

A hands-on capstone project where students apply their knowledge and skills to bring positive change to their local communities.
